Team members provide guests with great food and treats each and every day. Working as a team gives each guest the quickest, friendliest, personalized experience possible. We want to give Our Guests a Reason to Return. The team member also treats those they work with, as well as guests, with dignity and respect - each and every day.

Team Member

Various Roles are now hiring for on Our Team: Service, Cashiers, Cooks & Ice Cream Treat Makers

  • Serve guests in our Drive-thru and our Front Counter for Eat-In or Carryout.
  • Take guest orders and receive payment
  • Prepare Delicious Treats or Great Hod Food
  • Bag and deliver meals to guests
  • Stock, Rotate, and Keep Clean to prepare for the next shift
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Contribute to our fast-paced, high-energy restaurant
  • Provide excellent quality hospitality to our new and long-term fans

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Provide excellent customer service by looking guests in the eye, smiling, and conversing. We believe in a Just Say YES to Our Guest Requests 
  • Experience with customer service or in a kitchen is preferred but not required
  • Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including the ability to lift to  40lbs., work on feet for numerous hours
